Job Description Job SummaryFunction as HRIS lead on projects affecting the HR and Payroll system, including upgrades, conversions and implementations. Responsible for the assessment, analysis, planning, evaluation, and implementation of departmental projects that impact organizational/departmental operations. Identification and implementation of operational improvements by adjustments to manual procedures or enhancements of automated support systems to promote departmental efficiency and effectiveness. Provide Department leadership in the absence of the Manager.Essential FunctionsServe as liaison with Workday HRIS support and IS staff in resolving issues. Work with up-line to effectively streamline internal human resources data/information process flows. Prioritizes, adjusts and directs the efforts of project personnel to assure both delivery in accordance with established timelines and compliance with budget expectations. Directs the development of initial and revised detailed task descriptions and forecasts of their associated technical, manpower and schedule requirements for tasks assigned to the group. Coordinates the revision/development of policies/procedures/forms for the HRIS area and for those related to projects/programs where appropriate. Develop and oversee the maintenance of HRIS and HR Operations Manual for super-users/end users. Initiates and participates in the strategic development of specific programs, processes that impact department and organizational operations. Oversee project personnel in the preparation and issue of task descriptions and their associated forecasts for integration with regular status reports. Plan, schedule and lead assigned project meetings and provide regular status reports as required. Communicates, collaborates, networks with and acts as a consultant to key stakeholders in order to ensure continuity and coordination of services and appropriate utilization of resources. Qualifications Required Bachelor's Degree Business, Human Resources or related area 10 years of relevant experience Payroll Systems and HRIS or related area Required
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
