UX Content Designer, Sr at Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids, MI
Job Description Job Summary Seasoned content strategist/designer, ability to build research-based, user-centric, and intuitive healthcare content strategies. Proactively recommend solutions, based on experience and relationships with decision makers, knowing when to push back as the expert and when to help others accept and follow-through on tough decisions. Ability to rethink content product from the ground up. Bring a full range of skills from information architecture, interaction design, UX research, and content design. Essential Functions Visual Design Produce UI Elements, conceptual renderings, presentations and marketing assets, while managing each product's visual design system for scalability, efficiency, and consistency. Prototyping & Validation Create mid-to-high-fidelity representations of the final product that allows stakeholders and users to experience content, and test primary functionality, in a way that is similar to the final product. UX Research Understand behavior, goals and motivations through observation techniques, task analysis, and other feedback mechanisms to improve product usability and desirability. IA & Human Factors Develop information architecture and user interaction models, based on research and best practices, while considering constraints imposed by human, societal and technological factors. Project Scoping Identify relevant design artifacts and deliverables with product leadership, based on resource availability and product need. Cross Training Train colleagues in design thinking as a problem-solving philosophy to improve business processes, product offerings, and service interaction. Qualifications Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 8 years of relevant experience in content design Required 8 years of relevant experience in interactive content design Required 5 years of relevant healthcare experience in content design Required 5 years of relevant consumer healthcare experience-design research Required 8 years of relevant experience participating and/or leading agile teams Required 8 years of relevant experience in content research Required
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
