Job Description Job SummaryAs a digital marketing lead for the web you will act as the product manager for our website focusing on developing best practice strategies to be used by marketing, internal customers and production teams ensuring maturity, consistency and governance for the web. This strategic role you'll work closely with marketing, customer experience, digital experience and information services to translate the corporate/marketing vision into the right message at the right time for the right audience. You will manage and lead the technical and functional teams to build and improve our personalized digital presence and deliver a best-in-class web experience for Priority Health.Essential Functions Designs and develops the website strategy leveraging industry and company best practices, analytics, technology advancements and optimizations to support an ideal experience from the viewpoint of the customer. Provide vision and direction to stakeholders, developers, operations staff. Product manager responsible for the holistic view of Priorityhealth.com, leading the improvement of the current state and future of our unauthenticated web experience. Setting standards and best practices to elevate the users' experience and internally our marketing mindset around the web. Use data and insights to optimize the experience. Web analytics background preferred. Liaison between web properties and stakeholders (Brand, UX, CX, Analytics, Marketing Operations, Martech) for overall strategy, upholding standards and roadmap development and execution. Manage SEO vendor relationship and leverage best practices to improve site experience. Working with digital marketing and Martech to maintain a best-in-class stack of tools for site operations (items include A/B testing, measurement, and optimization). Maintaining understanding personalization best practices and trends within and outside our industry. Deliver and support digital marketing solutions supporting corporate/marketing goals. Lead and communicate effectively across functional and agency team members to align plans, solve problems, and deliver results. Qualifications Required Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in Marketing (with emphasis in digital marketing or marketing technology), Digital Marketing, Informatics, Data Science or equivalent 10 years' experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities Required Background in health care communications, preferably with a large health care system Preferred
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Design & UXEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
