Opportunity Overview Spectrum Health Medical Group is seeking a BC Otolaryngology physician with leadership experience to join a collegial practice with a dedicated group of 7 physicians, 8 APP's and 5 audiologists. This is a growing tertiary/quaternary care health system with ENT divisions including fellowship trained Head & Neck Surgeons and Complex Pediatric ENT. This individual will be essential to creation of a new strategic vision within Spectrum Health with an emphasis on patient centered care. The development and growth of the section will include the creation of an otolaryngology residency, development of research, enhancement of the current audiology program, regional expansion, virtual medicine, and exceptional quality. Practice characteristics:
Established patient base available 80% outpatient, 20% inpatient Weekday call (on own patients) / Weekend call is 1:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
