Quick Apply Full-time 16 hours ago Full Job Description Position Summary This Position will be the National Accounts main point of contact for all new sales efforts when it comes to software solutions, fleet services and parts related information to improve successful account acquisition.
In addition this role will lead all deployment and onboarding efforts for new accounts that will be utilizing LTS and fleet services for their fleet management, to create a successful customer experience and to allow our dealers to effectively service them.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Qualifications or Credentials 2 to 7 years experience.
Bachelors Degree.
Customer Service Experience with Service dealers and large-fleet customers Experience selling products in the material handling industry.
Strong Presentation Skills and ability to communicate software and relevant services Experience selling fleet management solutions.
Intermediate or better written and verbal communication skills Basic knowledge of equipment and mechanical aptitude.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Credentials or Education Experience using formal fleet reporting software.
Strong understanding of dealer service operations (dispatch, work order/invoice processes etc.
).
Ability to train and teach individuals on software platforms.
Basic knowledge of financing/leasing principles and use of a financial calculator knowledge of fleet management concepts and metrics.
Expert level understanding of equipment product knowledge.
Work Environment and Physical Demands This job requires some travel.
Work Hours and Expected Travel This is a salaried position requiring 40 hours of work a week.
Occasional travel.
