The Training Manager will be responsible for the following:
Assess the training needs for the Group.
Develop apprenticeship programs to meet required skills for the Group (i.
e.
Machinist, Electrician, Engineer) Coordinate and maintain apprentice programs with internal and external customers.
Manage in-process apprentice programs.
Provide guidance and assistance to employees who desire educational, training and career development opportunities.
Develop relationships with local high schools, colleges, trade schools and corporations.
Work with area high schools and attend job fairs to attract Apprentice Machinists and Student Engineers Develop and lead the Group's Leadership Training program.
Understand and follow the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental.
Supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years' experience in related field OSHA knowledge on laws and regulations Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
