For over 30 years, Mission India has been transforming India through Church Planter Training, Adult Literacy and Children's Bible Club programs.
We currently have a Development Coordinator opportunity within our Fundraising & Donor support team.
In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with and support the fundraising team as they enable the India ministries to bring lives to Christ.
This position will serve as the primary point of contact for our Regional Directors and Regional Associates providing administrative assistance and support for fundraising efforts.
In addition, in this key role, you will be responsible to gather India Ministry results and prepare reports and profiles that will be used for communicating with donors.
In this role, you will:
Be in a role that makes a difference in God's Kingdom by using your talents to provide administrative support Serve as the point of contact connecting our regional fundraising teams with our office based teams Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and donor information in the donor database (Salesforce) Create regular fundraising reports, caseload activity reports, and other database reports Prepare regular reports and consolidate information to help the team achieve goals To be successful in this role, candidates need:
Desire and interest to work as a team and help ensure accurate information and reports Previous administrative experience demonstrating proficiency in a role that requires you to be detail-oriented, dependable, precise, with follow-up and follow-through Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and independent projects simultaneously in a timely manner with minimal supervision Ability to collect, analyze, interpret and communicate data Demonstrated problem solving and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Possess a High School diploma; College courses, degree, and/or internship - strongly preferred Possess donor database software experience and philanthropic experience - strongly preferred At our organization, it is important to be an active and passionate Christian, have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, passion for the Great Commission, and agree to Mission India's Statement of Faith.
