Seeking to add a highly organized and motivated Team Member to our Production Department Staff.
This position will be tasked with the administration of our home improvement projects from intake to completion, ordering of materials, managing our production calendar, homeowner communications as well scheduling and management of the crews and staff who install our Home Improvement projects.
Qualifications and Skills Highly Organized with the ability to manage several projects concurrently Proficient in computers with ability to use multiple software applications.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a high paced work environment.
Must have excellent phone skills and be able to communicate effectively.
Able to work with all personality types.
High Level Customer Services Skills (Ability to work well with both internal and external customers) Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$17.
00 - $22.
