The Database Coordinator reports to the Development Director and is responsible for the operational functions of the development department, supporting the fundraising efforts of the organization by increasing efficiency and accountability.
The Database Coordinator ensures timely donor acknowledgement and gift processing and provides research, analysis, and data management associated with all fund development programs, including annual fund, major gifts, planned giving, and capital campaign planning.
This is a key role in revenue management and planning.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Experience with Raiser's Edge or similar nonprofit software system (such as NXT, Donor Perfect, Sales Force or similar database/CRM software) preferred.
Prefer experience with a fundraising database (such as Raiser's Edge, NXT, Donor Perfect, Sales Force or similar database/CRM software) preferred.
Oversees all constituent management systems used by the Development department, including data structure, data retrieval, report customization and analysis, policies and procedures, security, and data entry quality control Manages the donor database to ensure complete recordkeeping and database integrity Accurately enters data and confidential processing of gifts from receipting and acknowledgment, as well as donor information and other data related to relationship tracking and management Prepares regular reports that measure development department progress toward goals Research key donor prospects to assist with growing the development program Works in concert with the finance team to ensure accounting reconciliation Provides vital support to the Major Gifts program by ensuring tracking toward quarterly and annual goals Assists with portfolio creation and maintenance Assists with grant documentation and reporting requirements Administers Donor Stewardship Executes special projects for the department including producing giving summaries for major donors and monthly gift club members Produces prospect reports for team and board members; participates in prospect-related meetings to provide updates as needed Provides support and other duties for the Advancement team as determined by Development Director Assists with fundraising events and other activities as needed Perform other duties as assigned This position is primarily onsite Pay range for this position, based in specific experience $19.
