We service all of West Michigan specializing in Siding, Windows, Roofing, Bathtubs and Shower Replacements.
We are looking for a responsible Production Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and production scheduling tasks.
Duties of the Production Office Assistantinclude providing support to our Production Leader assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company's general administrative activities.
Production Office Assistant responsibilities include recording client job files, preparing reports, and maintaining appropriate filing systems.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like Google Drive and office equipment.
If you have previous experience as an administrative assistant or project manager and familiarity with our industry, we'd like to meet you.
Ultimately, a successful Production Office Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
The Production Office Assistant duties include working with clients, assisting the Production Leader, and working directly with the GM and Assistant GM.
Responsibilities Client Job Files Review and verify orders Submit permit applications Schedule permit inspections Schedule client installations Run reports at the direction of the Production Leader Maintain office policies and procedures Act as liason for the Production Leader for internal and external clients Facilitate electronic employee access to email, apps, CRM Provide general support to visitors Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers Skills Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, etc.
Proficiency in Google Drive (MS Excel) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Experience as a bookkeeper and/or administrative assistant High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Bookkeeper Construction experience a plus Job Type:
