The Project Manager - Trade Division will lead our new construction installation team, and will be responsible for insuring that installations are performed on time, first time complete, on budget and to the high quality standards of the Pella brand.
This will be achieved by teaching and coaching our installers and holding them accountable for high performance.
The Project Manager - Trade Division is directly responsible for the satisfaction of our builder and homeowner customers.
What We Need:
An individual with experience in the home building and/or remodeling industry, with specific experience installing windows and doors.
A proven leader who maintains high standards of performance from the team.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work independently with little supervision A decisive individual able to make decisions and solve problems quickly Dedication to continuous improvement, efficiency and profitability Able to hold themselves and their team accountable to high performance Michigan builders license or ability to obtain What We Offer:
