As a Sales Support Representative you will maintain customer accounts ranging from small independent shops to retail store fronts across the globe.
You will be part of a team that is committed to delivering a wow experience while interacting with your customers over phone, live chat, and email.
Strong tech skills-especially Excel-will be needed as you help customers with questions on products, orders, and accounts.
You will know that this is the right role for you if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and aspire to take your career to the next level.
Desired candidates will have a minimum of an Associate's degree coupled with a strong customer service background.
Bachelor's degree with customer service experience in a distribution center environment preferred.
Working knowledge of MS Office with an emphasis on Excel will be important in this role.
Previous sales experience is a must.
Strong communication and listening skills will not only win over your customers but will help as you collaborate with team members from our merchandising, buying and sales teams.
