We are looking for energetic, hardworking individuals open to a new challenge.
Full time, Part time, 2nd and 3rd shifts, must be willing to work weekends (sorry, no 1st shifts available).
Qualifications include:
Regular and consistent attendance is a requirement Ability to communicate effectively and professionally Visual and auditory acuity to observe clients and detect signs of changes in behavior, adverse reactions to medication or any other event requiring intervention.
Have a valid Michigan driver's license with a good driving record Must be able to successfully pass a background check (fingerprinting), physical, drug screen and TB test Ability to lift 50 pounds Possess a High School diploma or equivalent Willingness and ability to work weekends Completion of trainings and classes Having a caring heart for the individuals served Responsibilities include:
Household duties such as meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, etc.
Assist with personal care and hygiene Pass medications Monitor health to ensure safety Support community involvement and in-home activities Follow Plans of Service for each individual Complete 80 - 120 hours of paid training (trainings paid at $13.
