As an on-site superintendent, your role along with the project manager, is to oversee the complete construction of different commercial construction projects.
While not required, experience with pre-engineered steel construction is preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties Oversee all field aspects of construction projects from planning through implementation and close-out.
Allocate resources for assigned projects Supervise onsite personnel, suppliers and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients Maintain excellent communication with team members including owners Ensure that the project schedule is maintained while not compromising on quality and safety Qualifications and Skills 3-5 years' minimum experience in similar role Highly dependable Strong leadership qualities including excellent communication with superiors, peers and subcontractor partners Work well in a team setting as well as independently Deadline and detail-oriented Benefits Full HSA package with employer paid premium, dental insurance, paid vacation, etc.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
