This is a full-time Monday through Friday evening position.

To oversee the cleaning and floorcare staff at multiple locations, ensure all job tasks are complete, efffectively communicate with customers staff and superiors, complete routine inspections, verify that facilities are secureat the end of the night Major Job Functions:

Ensuring all procedures and policies are followed.
Training, cross-trainingand retraining emploees.
Responsible for making sure the staff is working effectively and efficiently Set agenda for the week on any special projects or focus areas Respond to customer complaints and requests Perform inspections and do follow up inspections.
Responsible for making sure the staff is working within budgeted hours.
Working side by side with cleaners and team leaderswhen necessary Managing teamleaders, cleaners, and floor technicians in all aspects of the company's requirements and policies Communicating all staffing changes and needs with Human Resources Communicating all matters to the Director of Operations Confirming all facilits are secured Responsible for leading performance reviews, constructive feedback This is a great fit for previous work experience in:
