Responsibilities:
The position would be responsible for service tasks for our commercial clients at the direction of our agents.
Daily activities would include quoting, policy changes, certificates of insurance and other inquiries from clients.
Some experience would be preferred, however the position is available for a trainee position custom to the experience level of the applicant.
Skills & Requirements:
Customer service focus through phone, email, and in person Excellent time management skills Organized Self-Motivated, independent worker Proficient with Microsoft products Preferred:
