We are seeking an HR Assistant to help with our consistently growing practice.
You will work in our operations department working closely with the HR Director.
Key Responsibilities Provides general administrative support to the HR department.
Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
Assists with onboarding process.
Assists with planning and execution of special events.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential data.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent 1
