Strong team of experts providing multidisciplinary care for the full range of diabetes and endocrine disorders.
Located within Trinity Health Grand Rapids HospitalCare for adolescents through adultsComprehensive diabetes education programsHighly engaged team of 7 physicians and 5 APPs
Qualifications:
Experience preferred.
APPs must be board certified in their specialty prior to employment.
State of Michigan license required at time of employment.
DEA licenseACLS & BLS certified.
