About the position:
We are in need of an administrative assistant to assist with daily office operations.
This is an on-site position located on the SE side of Grand Rapids.
Position open for immediate hire.
Compensation dependent on experience.
Job Responsibilities Answer main phone line.
Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
Manage the company schedule by setting appointments for crew, management, and subcontractors.
Create and maintain customer files.
Obtain subcontractor records.
Order and manage office supplies.
Open, sort, and distribute mail.
Various filing duties.
Assist bookkeeper with accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Assist with HR and employee files.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Strong phone skills Computer proficiency Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and QuickBooks Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage confidential information.
