is seeking a full time Human Resources Recruitment Manager based out of Grand Rapids to recruit, hire, and onboard team members for schools, corporate accounts, and banks, while contributing to the creation of a diverse and equitable workforce.
Responsibilities include:
Placement of recruitment ads Coordinating interview appointments Interviewing of candidates Applicant screening Conducting pre-employment screening Teaching orientation Communication with Account Managers regarding staffing needs and on-boarding.
Completion of Exit surveys Completion of on-site Employee Engagement Surveys and Safety Audits Requirements:
1 year of prior experience in Hospitality, HR, Sales, or other high-level customer service position Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work well with multicultural communities Ability to function in fast paced recruiting environment Demonstrated work ethic, self-direction, and work drive Ability to meet scheduled deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent computer-based skills including the use of Excel and Publisher FBI fingerprinting is required, free of Felony or Misdemeanor convictions within the State of Michigan Guidelines for working in school settings Valid Driver's License with excellent driving record Reliable transportation for work travel in your vehicle

Salary:
$55,000 per year plus monthly bonuses for exceeding hiring metrics.
Insurance:
Priority Health insurance with optional Dental and Vision coverage on 91st day of employment.
Additional optional benefits are available for selection, including newly added Pet Insurance.
