Care Resources is a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE ), a national healthcare program funded by Medicare/Medicaid.
We are a community-based program for adults 55 years or older that promotes healthy, independent living and helps prevent nursing home placement.
Our program is all-inclusive concierge care led by skilled primary care providers and an interdisciplinary team with 11 specialties represented.
Care Resources embraces physical, mental, and social health, making healthcare accessible and affordable.
Position:
Home Health Aide - Provide personal care such as bathing and dressing and other care services to participants including assistance with shopping, running errands, laundry, housekeeping, meal preparation and recreational activities in homes.
Requirements:
Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, auto insurance and a good driving record Ability to read, speak, write and understand the English language Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 60 pounds Pass basic physical Pass background check Standard Shift:
Day Shift Evening Shift Supplemental Schedule:
Weekends Holidays On-call Overtime Pay:
