FBM, is currently seeking a dynamic and detailed Desktop Support Technician to round out our IT team.
The position will require approximately 50% overnight travel to other FBM offices.
Desktop Support Technicians are responsible for the day-to-day support of end user hardware and software.
The Desktop Support Technician will work as part of the FBM Information Technology System Administration Team.

Essential Desktop Support Technician Functions/Qualifications/Education:
Role and Responsibilities Desktop and Laptop computer configuration and support.
Microsoft Office Suite support.
Support of other authorized business applications.
Printer configuration and support.
New location initial hardware setup.
Other end user support as needed.
After receipt of conditional offer of employment, must be able to pass drug screen/physical/background check.
Qualifications and Education Requirements Ability to work with a team to accomplish objectives.
A passport is required for Canadian travel.
Experience working with a ticketing system to track issues.
Ability to multi-task, use problem solving skills, and a commitment to high quality solutions is needed.
Good communication skills and phone skills required for help desk assistance.
