We're looking for Business Development Specialist. Compensation includes a base salary of $55,000-$65,000 (commensurate with experience)
quarterly bonus
uncapped commission. Average expected quarterly bonus is $3,000. Sales commissions on newly originated business have ranged between a few hundred to as much as $20,000 per month for our top performers. We offer completely employer-paid benefits. This includes:
Medical, Dental, Vision, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and Cell Phone Allowance. In addition to a generous PTO policy, we offer our employees paid hours every quarter to volunteer with employment-related causes and share their gifts. Two years of Business to Business sales experience. Excellent client service and communication skills Strong desire to build a business within a business Utilize methods such as cold calling, referral generation, and social media for attracting talent and new business opportunities Experience working prospects through a lengthy sales cycle Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter preferred Bachelor's Degree required The Location:
