The day to day You are excited to use your art and skill to create original content.
You develop and distribute creative graphic design and content as they relate to email design, web design, social media, advertising, promotions, event materials, signage, print collateral, direct mailers, and all other assets used in marketing communications.
You mix photography and video as well in your content.
You look for ways to enhance B-Y's image every day through graphic design.
You work closely with the sales team, branches, product managers, and anyone else who needs your skills to advise and support them.
You use your work to maintain marketing channels such as emails and branch TV displays.
You watch to make sure communications adhere to style guidelines and brand standards.
You interact with multiple team members in many different areas of the company.
You maintain policies and procedures and propose revisions when changes are identified.
You typically work 8:
00am - 5:
00pm Monday through Friday.
What you have You are proud of your bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or similar from an accredited college or university.
You have been actively working in the Graphic Design field for more than a year.
You are the guru when it comes to Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
You have familiarity with marketing tools such as Mailchimp and Hootsuite.
When new tools come available, you investigate and learn them.
You have experience creating simple motion graphics with Canva or Adobe suite.
Excellent attention to grammar details throughout the whole process including writing, editing, and proofing.
You know how to prepare files for print production.
CMS, email marketing, and social media are well-known to you.
You've worked with advertising agencies or media placement companies in your past.
Ability to travel to off-site meetings as needed with occasional overnight travel.
A strong portfolio of work that you're proud of to showcase your creative and design capabilities.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
