Holland Home has a long-standing, well-earned reputation for providing high quality care! We are seeking to add an LPN to our Staffing Resources team of nursing professionals who fill in the staffing needs on our 2 campuses in Grand Rapids plus our beautiful Faith Hospice residence called Trillium Woods. This position commits to cover open shifts averaging 32 - 40 hours per week.
In addition to working for a high-quality organization, this LPN opportunity offers:
Manageable workloads with excellent nurse:patient ratios
Strong orientation for new hires
Premium pay: $35.00/hour for floating plus shift differential plus the temporary state of Michigan pandemic pay for a rate of $39.70/hour when working 2nd shift on a licensed skilled nursing unit
$5,000 sign on bonus paid in 3 increments over the course of your 1st year of full-time employment
