Summary:
You will be accountable for all financial operations for the organization. You will direct and coordinate the
accounting
, financial planning and analysis, reimbursement, and decision support and direct and coordinate the enhancement of financial performance. This individual will work collaboratively with the COO and Strategic Leadership Team, as well as with the Vice President of Finance. In addition, you will be accountable for all financial operations including financial modeling of physician compensation and coordinating the enhancement of financial performance for a large multispecialty medical group.
Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities to improve financial performance
Plan and supervise all activities related to performing financial analysis
Developing pro forma statements and completion of financial plans.
In addition will be responsible for effective budgetary
control
and will act as a resource to the annual budget process for physician and clinic
services
locations.
Qualifications:
Masters in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting or Bachelor's degree and Certified Public Accounting Certification (CPA).
Experience working with medical practice
management
required.
5 - 7 years of progressive experience in the financial operations of health care organizations with strong technical skills in finance and reimbursement.
Experience working with physician compensation a plus.
Must have demonstrated leadership skills, effective communication skills, willingness to challenge established ways in a diplomatic and constructive manner, strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis.
We are looking for someone that has demonstrated integrity and the ability to be objective and fair minded.
Must be comfortable interacting with physicians and all levels of leadership throughout the organization and maintain relationships with key business partners.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
