Seeking Process Engineer with 3
years experience in electronic assembly operations. Process involves assmmbly of complex multi-part connectors and wire harnesses, which can include butt, parallel & bullet connectors, which vary in size from 4-0 AWG to 22 AWG sizes. Connectors include insulated, spade & non insulated solderless terminals, T-taps, scotch locks & hard & soft wire connectors.
Qualified applicants will perform process development for the assembly of complex electronic, mechanical and electro-mechanical products while working within a team environment or independently as required. Rigorous product requirements demand strict attention to detail and an aptitude towards providing quality workmanship.
Skills/Requirements
Ability to review design drawings, tooling requirements and machine capabilities
Process development experience in Electronic, Mechanical or Electro-mechanical assembly.
Knowledge of intricate assembly operations which include wire connection and harnessing steps.
Maintenance of accurate records of anomalies, defects and test data.
Sets schedule for maintenance of all manufacturing related equipment and facilities.
Contributes to workplace initiatives which maximize efficiency and high quality while minimizing down-time and rejected product.
Improve procedural steps and process implementation.
