Plant Superintendent - Plastic Injection Molding

Leading manufacturer of plastic household gadgets, appliances and utensils seeks Plant Superintendent with a demonstrated track record managing and developing employees in injection molding manufacturing.
Duties:
Ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
Leads team of over 100 hourly employees and oversees performance of shift supervisors.
Oversee the proper training and staffing of plant positions.
Provide input for annual budget and capital plan.
Implement, maintain, and support all company policies and procedures, including safety program, and good housekeeping.
Required
Qualifications:
3
years of supervisory experience as well as at least 3 years in an injection molding manufacturing operation.
Excellent communication skills including both written and verbal communication.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire.
