What you'll do:
Sell high-quality family homes in beautiful communities throughout Michigan.
Responsibilities:
New home sales is the backbone of the company - sales counselors are responsible for executing the Strategic Sales Process with each prospect.
Follow up with each prospect using Sales Simplicity (or company Customer Relations Management tool) with up-to-date notes and contact made after each follow up conducted.
Drive Realtor Referrals
Drive Referral leads from existing consumers
Involve yourself in new
community
grand openings strategy and successfully execute the openings.
Customer Service - own the buyer experience and processing from sale to post close.
Character Demonstration - Do What is Right and Have FUN.
What You'll Need:
3
years of proven sales experience (New Home Sales or B2B sales is preferred). Bachelor Degree is a plus
Ability to work weekends when motivated consumers are in the market
Passion to network and drive consumers to the product that is right for them.
Competency with Microsoft Word and Excel
