Summary:
You will be actively responsible for participating in provider contract negotiations and coordination of the development and management of new and the renewal of Employment Agreements. You will also manage contract tracking processes. This individual will also participate in the provider compensation and Fair Market Value compliance processes and administer the underwriting process for employed physicians.
Responsibilities:
Develops and manages the entire employment process for all system, high-level positions such as but not limited to Physicians, Medical Directors, Locum Tenems, Advanced Practice and physician practices to ensure that positions are filled in a timely manner with qualified applicants.
Works collaboratively with other system affiliates to develop and maintain consistent recruitment services.
Coordinates and manages visits, relocation and itineraries.
Works on a local, regional, and national level to enhance the image of the company to foster interest in various specialties.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources or related field, or appropriate combination of education, related experience, and skill mix necessary to effectively perform the essential functions of the role.
Four years sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and customer service experience for staff, management and high-level positions.
Experience recruiting physicians and executives.
3-5 years of experience working with physician contract development and negotiation.
Knowledge of Stark Laws and basic understand of contract law and process.
Experience with negotiating contracts for employment for Physicians and for Independent Contractors
Strong computer skills especially with applicant tracking systems
Professional Human Resources Certification preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
