Summary:
Management Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Grand Rapids, MI. This individual will be responsible for generating sales and managing accounts in a business-to-business environment.
Responsibilities:
Generating sales through cold calling and referrals in a business-to-business environment
Managing existing and new accounts
Maintaining all information related to the sales pipeline in the CRM system; this includes but is not limited to prospect data, contracts, and orders
Answering all customer questions to their complete satisfaction
Identify trends in customer satisfaction/dissatisfaction
Understand customer requirements and recommend specific solutions
Follow-up with customers after completed sales
Carry out other sales and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Associates degree in marketing, business, or related field highly preferred
Experience with CRM system preferred; SalesForce a plus
Call center or similar experience preferred
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple task efficiently
