Ellis Capital Management has retained Management Business Solutions (MBS) as a collaborative partner to manage the applicant screening process. We have aligned our recruiting processes to identify, attract, and screen candidates for their part-time Client Services Support Assistant role in downtown Grand Rapids, MI.
Maintain office supply needs
Manage Wealth Management Advisers and Trust Fiduciaries schedules
Greet clients upon their arrival at the office and make them feel welcome
Maintain hours spent on duties for clients, as it applies
Supervise and facilitate any other office administrative needs
Manage Client Contact Information in both paper and electronic (MS Excel) form
Answer phones and determine client needs; direct calls to advisor/fiduciary as needed, or assist client as directed in fulfilling their needs
Assist Wealth Management Advisers and Trust fiduciaries in tasks to help advance Client accounts
Review, revise and/or prepare correspondence to clients, referral sources, and prospects
Compile wealth management binders and other wealth management materials for new and existing clients
Print and compile Client Performance Reviews
Work with Excel Reports
Experience in office administration
Experience with client and/or customer interface
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all client communications, both written and verbal
Highly motivated and professional
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
High attention for detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in all MS Office Suite products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
Act in accordance with Ellis Capital Managements Code of Ethics
Proactive self-starter who offers suggestions for enhancements and efficiencies when appropriate

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
