Kforce is currently recruiting for a very strong Injection Molding Process Engineer in Grand Rapids, Michigan (MI). This is a hands-on role that would develop and document the process for new injection molded components. This person will interact with all departments within the organization as well as both vendors and customers throughout mold trials, product launch, etc.
This position is open because of an internal promotion, and we are looking for someone who can function as the expert for injection molding processes. The company offers excellent benefits, work life balance, and stability. Qualifications (required unless noted otherwise):
Strong experience in setting up Injection Molding processes
Ability to manage large scale tooling projects
Strong troubleshooting capabilities
Excellent communication skills
A 4 year degree is preferred but not required for this position
