We prefer someone with version 11i or 12 experience. (Oracle E-Business Suite is a must have!)

We also need a person with programming expertise; they do not have a large programming staff so you will need to get in there and also program the system. (Programming Exp. in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher (That's a tool in Oracle to generate reports, spreadsheets, .pdfs etc out of the Dbase.) and/or Workflow. (Workflow is used in the on-boarding process- how to get person set up when they join the company or a department, it would automatically notify IT, then Safety, HR, etc on the things that need to be done.)- Workflow would be a bonus if you had it!
An APICS ERP related background is ideal.

We need a person who is capable of problem solving on there own, and/or getting the resources required to solve the problem when needed. (An independent person who is more of an extrovert- someone who knows when they need to ask for help vs. always checking for approval/guidance.) Mgt. will always be there to help and guide, but the organization is flat, so we need a person who is used to working with minimal supervision.
