The Marketing Coordinator provides marketing and administrative support to the Specialists, Managers, and Directors in the Marketing Group.
1. Provides clerical/administrative, research, and entry level marketing support to marketing team
2. Supports internet marketing/social media campaigns under the direction of the Marketing Specialists, Managers, and Directors of Marketing.
3. Assists in the creation of digital tracking links, social media memes, product descriptions, populating catalogs, tip sheets and other product-specific sales materials, focusing on needs-based messaging and meeting all input deadlines
4. Conducts research and project coordination and assists with publicity mailings and database development and assists in developing sales conference, product, campaign and other marketing presentations
5. Assists in the planning and execution of key digital marketing programs
6. Assists in the development of Bibles e-newsletters & coordinates direct email content calendars for Bibles.
7. Works with eMedia to deploy all eMails. Reviews, analyzes and reports on email metrics, in an effort to continually optimize the e-newsletter and all email marketing efforts
8. Monitor competitive sites and industry trends to identify merchandising and marketing opportunities, new media opportunities for the team
9. Assists Sr. Director with content aggregation & dissemination for apps, eBooks, Digital Shorts, Reading plans & eProducts
10. Vendor management assistance for digital, email and web projects
11. Performance metrics management - app sales tracking, social assets tracking, ad effiectiveness, web analytics, SEO, email analytics, UTM tracking creation, affiliate links, banner ad coordination for BibleGateway, link creation and management of link database, tracking of marketing promotions in titleview, etc
12. Management of Pinterest & creation of product memes & facebook banners
13. Reporting and assistance with Retailer Bible Training reporting & updates
Knowledge: Proficient with MS Office applications; knowledgeable in basic social media skills
Work
Experience: 2 years of experience within a marketing-related, sales-driven industry preferably publishing, bookselling or other retail experience or consumer goods background; relevant and recent experience with new media; experience with research and project coordination
Education: 4 year degree in marketing communications, advertising, journalism, design or marketing-related field
Industry Knowledge : Knowledge of Christian publishing industry preferred

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
