Job Description:
We are looking for a compensation analyst with corporate experience including global compensation.
Company is a global engineering company that provides a comprehensive range of intelligent warehouse logistics and materials handling solutions. Company is able to provide customers with a unique perspective in world-class material handling solution design.
Company has an immediate need for a Global Human Resource Project and Compensation Analyst. The Global Human Resource Project and Compensation Analyst must have 4-8 years of direct HR experience in a corporate environment including at least two years of compensation analysis. Must have global comp analysis experience! Experience should include position mapping, development of pay scales, interpretation of compensation surveys; must be very advanced with Excel.
Key
Responsibilities:
Consults and advises HR regarding compensation policy interpretation, new hire offers, promotions, market analysis, job evaluation, and other compensation projects and initiatives.
Manages assigned HR projects including HR Systems projects, compensation projects, learning and development projects and wellness projects through the various stages of the project life cycle, from concept to implementation
Provides advice and analysis through the annual merit and bonus process.
Evaluates jobs and recommends grades to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Prepares compensation-related training material.
Assists in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and policies.
Develops and documents procedures to ensure compliance.
Works with HRIS to ensure that all systems meet compensation needs and are updated according to compensation changes.
Replies to queries from managers regarding compensation-related issues.
Studies labor market and compensation related trends.
Participates in Salary Survey's

Education and Experience Requirements:
At least 4-8 years of experience in the analysis, design, and/or administration of compensation programs
Bachelor's Degree required
Strong Microsoft Office skills - Excel and Power Point Advanced level
Ability to drive projects from concept through implementation, and problem solving difficult roadblocks
Good communication skills
Business acumen
Proven ability to multi-task
Bottom Line Requirements:
