Seeking individual with demonstrated expertise as a Project Manager for contract manufacturing in the automotive, marine or aerospace industries.
Activities:
Interface with customers, Business Development teams, Engineering groups and Proposal Development teams.
Provide accurate, clear labor and material estimates.
Document proposal process when responding to customer RFQs.
Take responsibility for entire manufacturing process for customer orders, from initial imagination to final production and shipping.
Required Skills:
Ability to interface with internal and external customers, assess requirements and make suggestions to provide the best product or solution.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment used to form and weld metal, specifically roll forming machines, stamping equipment and industrial welding solutions, and in depth knowledge of plastic injection molding, multi-shot molding or insert molding.
Understanding of cost analysis and proposal review.
Education and
Experience:
3
years in manufacturing industry as a Project Manager or Program Manager.
B.S. in Business Administration, Engineering Business, Engineering or related discipline.
