Seeking individual with experience managing a production line in a manufacturing facility with capabilities including metal roll forming, plastic injection molding and extrusion.
Shall:
Promote safety procedures and train plant employees on proper machine operation, material handling and product inspection activities.
Improve operational effectiveness in safety, quality and productivity.
Review job performance using reports and metrics, providing feedback to employees and subordinates.
Inspect products, procedures and equipment to ensure that company and industry standards are met and exceeded.
Experience:
3
years experience in a manufacturing role with production line supervisory experience.
Knowledge of injection molding and roll forming machines, including capabilities and operation processes.
Expertise interfacing with internal and external customers to define true production needs.
