Seeking individual with experience programming and operating coordinate measurement machines performing 3D measurements of plastic and metal component parts.
Responsibilities:
Inspecting parts according to customer requirements and specifications.
Program and run Coordinate Measuring Machines from Nikon, Wenzel, Hexagon Metrology, Zeiss, Mitutoyo, or other.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to program CMMs, run existing programs as well as develop, edit and test programs.
Experience must include knowledge of calibration and quality control of measurements as well as use of measurement instruments and devices
Knowledge of Nikon CMMs including the LK range, ALTERA Ceramic Bridge range, ALTO Aluminum Bridge range, etc.
Have solid understanding of PCDMIS and CMM Manager Software.
Base compensation to $95,000 plus performance bonus; stock; company matched 401(k); company paid family doctor, hospitalization, prescription, dental and vision; life and disability insurance; tuition reimbursement; employee assistance programs, and more.
