Shall:
Develop, plan and implement programs designed to grow the company's customer base.
Direct sales forecasting activities and set goals according to sales representatives' capabilities and performance history.
Utilize industry contacts to proactively grow the company's book of business and expand operations.
Ensures sales and marketing training programs are implemented throughout region.
Experience:
5
years industry experience with strong sales and marketing acumen.
Knowledge of twin-screw extrusion equipment or similar.
