Position Summary
The Marketing Project Manager works on the MDS team to support the firm's internal marketing clients in execution of marketing activities. This individual manages projects, or aspects of projects, in alignment with assigned tasks from a senior project manager. Takes projects from original concept through completion and ensures projects are completed on time and on budget. Works on a variety of projects spanning the spectrum of marketing activities including awareness, expert positioning, and lead generation. Develops detailed project timelines/work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Individual has a full understanding of company policies and procedures, is responsible for adherence to quality standards, and reviews project deliverables. Communicates with subject matter experts (when appropriate) and other resources as needed to ensure successful projects.
Qualifications
Skill sets required include:
At least 3-5 years relevant marketing experience with a minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing project management.
Project management experience in a professional services firm is preferable.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to provide clear, informative, and timely information as appropriate to client and team.
Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project (intermediate).
Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels internal and/or external to the organization.
High level of organizational skills, including great attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have the following:
3-5 years of relevant marketing experience
1 year of marketing project management experience
A Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred
